DELIVERY

Unless you specify an alternative delivery option the goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail or UPS Standard.

Prices shown on the site do not include delivery. Our delivery charges are as follows:

UPS Standard £4.99 / UPS Express £11.99 and will be confirmed to you during the order process.

Royal Mail from £4.99/ Economy delivery.

We shall endeavour to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email), normally within 4 working days or less if the goods are in stock, and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch the goods within that time we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.

As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following destinations:

  1. Any address outside of the UK
  2. British Overseas Territories
  3. The Channel Islands & Gibraltar
  4. British Forces Post Offices (BFPOs)
  5. PO Boxes.

Tracking Your Order

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship and generally appear on our website along with your order information.

Standard and Express deliveries are shipped via UPS and can be tracked. The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website, when it becomes available.

The status of your order is easy to find:
Check your email. You will receive emails at the email address you supplied during checkout; keeping you up-to-date on your order status.

How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by Bushman and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. Standard and Express deliveries are shipped via UPS or Royal Mail and can be tracked. The tracking information is accessible by you via the Track Your Order link on the My Account login page when it becomes available.

Depending on the shipping method you selected, your order should dispatch within 1-2 business days.

Item Availability 
We do everything we can to fill your order completely. From time to time, something that was ordered may not be available any more. If that happens to your order, please accept our apologies. We'll let you know by sending you an email. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and you will be refunded for it. It may take 5-7 business days for this amount to be credited to your account. Don't worry, though, we will ship the rest of your order just as you asked.
